It’s night tubing time!!
A twist on our classic tubing adventure, experience the river at night! Spend the evening relaxing on the river with friends, the soft glow of the moon (and glow sticks) will lite the way along the river. Every tube geta a glow stick but make sure to bring your own bling to light up the night.
The float starts at 6pm and you will be off the water no later than 9 pm.
Depending on river levels, our tube float begins at our base and lasts about 3 hours with pick up in Shenandoah River State Park. You finish in the park around 9pm, then we’ll shuttle you back to the shop for some post trip hot dogs.
Have your own tube? That’s nice, but the price is the same as if you were renting. Tubes are cheap, it’s all about the service. Double tubes, double the price.
Cooler floats are a tube made for your cooler; it does not come with a cooler.
We’ll be offering this trip every Saturday in August, so make sure you hope on this adventure before it’s over!
TUBING TIPS
Remember to slather on plenty of sunscreen and stay hydrated. A hat is a good idea and water shoes of some sort are an absolute must, so please do not attempt to go barefoot. Be smart about beverage consumption. We understand the party atmosphere with many tubing groups, and we want you to relax and have fun, but stupid drunkenness is not cool and will not be tolerated. Finally, please be careful not to litter up this beautiful river and take NO GLASS CONTAINERS.
Guests over 285 lbs. may want to consider a small raft for a more pleasant experience and avoid dragging in lower water conditions.
DISCOUNTS
To receive quantity discounts, tube groups must pay as a group, not individually. 10 percent discounts for groups of 20 or more for any activity on any day. 20 percent discounts for any activity on any day regardless of group size for: Scout troops on official outings and School groups participating in sanctioned school events.
